With great joy and pride, we announce our collaboration with auticon Poland – an international social enterprise recognized as a global leader in employing and supporting autistic professionals in the technology sector.
The partnership, signed on October 10, 2025, marks a new stage in our joint efforts to shape modern workplaces – ones that consciously draw on the potential of different ways of thinking and acting, contributing to the creation of a fairer and more empathetic society.
As part of the partnership, auticon joins the Atypika Foundation as a Content Partner for the postgraduate program “Neurodiversity in the Workplace – Inclusive Recruitment and Management” at SWPS University in Warsaw.
Atypika – a space for growth and social change
The Atypika Foundation is the initiator and creator of this pioneering postgraduate study program – the first of its kind in Poland and a groundbreaking initiative on the international stage. The Foundation is dedicated to fostering a culture that values and understands cognitive diversity, grounded in the belief that human differences are an invaluable source of progress, creativity, and innovation.
Atypika operates through education and social awareness initiatives, highlighting the potential of people who are often misunderstood or excluded due to characteristics associated with autism, ADHD, learning differences, or high sensory sensitivity. Its mission is to build an open and just world in which everyone can realize their potential and find their place.
The postgraduate program, co-created by Kasia Modlińska-Resich (Founder of the Foundation) and Michał Tomczak, Associate Professor at Gdańsk University of Technology (Member of the Foundation’s Board) focuses on removing barriers, emphasizing strengths, and fostering teams that creatively combine diverse perspectives – for the benefit of organizations and society as a whole.
auticon – global practice and social mission
For the Atypika Foundation, collaboration with auticon represents a natural step in the evolution of its study program and in the creation of good practices that foster inclusive workplaces.
Founded in 2011, auticon now operates in 15 countries. The company exclusively employs autistic IT consultants, develops innovative solutions, and sets new directions for business. Its success stems from creating an environment where everyone can leverage their strengths and talents – such as logical and analytical thinking, precision, accuracy, and sustained focus.
The organization supports its employees through Job Coaches and offers Neuroinclusion Services – consulting and Neurodiversity Training – that help companies develop HR practices fostering a work culture that values and supports collaboration within neurodiverse teams.
Together against exclusion
The partnership between Atypika and auticon combines expert, advocacy, and academic knowledge with practical business experience. Through joint efforts, we can more effectively counter the exclusion of neurodivergent individuals, who are estimated to make up as much as 30% of the population.
Our collaboration aims to co-create a labor market that:
1. Enables greater self-realization – giving development opportunities to those who have previously lacked them.
2. Better matches talents to roles and positions by leveraging employees’ strengths.
3. Builds a culture of equality and understanding – by consistently implementing inclusivity principles.
4. Addresses the challenges of the future, including the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Neurodiversity – a strategic necessity for modern business
Experts emphasize that neurodiversity in business is not a trend but a strategic necessity. Companies that can translate this awareness into concrete organizational practices gain a lasting advantage – becoming more innovative, flexible, and ethical. They create environments built on trust and cooperation, where competition gives way to mutual support.
Graduates of the program, earning the “Neuroculture Change Maker” Certificate, demonstrate the competencies needed to drive social change. This is just the beginning of joint initiatives whose potential reaches far beyond the scope of the study program.
The partnership launch was attended by:
– Kasia Modlińska-Resich, Founder and President of the Atypika Foundation
– Marcin Myśliwczyk, CEO of auticon Poland
– Michał Tomczak, Associate Professor, Vice-Dean for Cooperation and Development, Head of the Department of Human Capital, Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk University of Technology, Member of Atypika Foundation Board
– Aleksander Oleszkiewicz, Director of auticon Labs
