October 29, 2024. Atypika Foundation was a substantive partner of the Diverse Minds – Neurodiversity Conference, organized by ABSL.
04.11.2024

The conference focused on discussing the challenges and opportunities of neurodiversity in business. The value of neurodiversity in the work environment Diverse Minds, thanks to the presence of leaders from industries such as technology, banking and consulting, focused on practices that support a neurodiverse workforce and influence the integration and development of teams.

Atypika, acting as a content partner, helped reinforce the message about the importance of humanistic values in business. In her speech, Kasia Modlinska-Resich, founder of the foundation, said:

“It is not a coincidence, and a very significant moment, that these ideas that guid psychotherapy – namely, respect, empathy and trying to understand the other person, have also turned out to be significant and beneficial for the business world. This is a special moment when it began to be noticed that humanistic values are not at odds with material profit, on the contrary – they can stimulate the economy.”

The conference agenda included panel discussions and workshops with the participation ofrepresentatives of large international companies. Atypike was represented by PhD. Michal Tomczak, Aneta Dziedzic and Joanna Ryłko.

The program covered topics such as creating a supportive infrastructure for neurodiverse people, recruitment strategies, and managing team diversity. Discussions also focused on ways to support neurodiverse individuals, enabling them to maximize their professional potential.

Working together for an inclusive work environment The involvement of Atypika as a content partner of Diverse Minds is the foundation’s next step in building a more open work environment in Poland. By partnering with ABSL and sharing knowledge on neurodiversity, we can jointly influence organizational culture in a more inclusive and sustainable direction. We are proud to have been a part of this initiative and look forward to continued collaboration and even greater social impact.
