The a/typical Foundation is the founder and author of the first postgraduate course of this type in Poland – “Neurodiversity in the workplace – inclusive recruitment and management” (SWPS University).
Students will learn, among others, how to:
-recruit people based on their potential and attract hard-to-reach specialists
-build diverse teams and manage them effectively, increasing their productivity and creativity;
-design a work environment that takes into account the needs the atypical community, by considering work organisation, communication, conflict management and even space in the work place.
-consider and integrate neurodiversity into the company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy and build an inclusive organisational culture.
The studies directors are our foundation’s president, Kasia Modlinska, and Dr Michał Tomczak.
