November 15 was the conference “Why Differences Matter – neurodiversity in the workplace”, to which we were invited by ING Bank Slaski.During her lecture, our associate Joanna Erbel explained the key concepts, i.e.: neurodiversity, neuro(a)typicality, neurodiversity, neuroinclusion or neuroculture. She also shared valuable tips on how to create a friendly working environment for neurodiversity.
Together with other participants representing ING Bank Śląski – Tamara Bińczak, Aneta Rastawicka, Izabela Olech-Pytkowska – we pondered various not-so-simple topics, such as what normality is, when we feel healthy and when something on disorder. How to recognize it and how to create a space around ourselves that promotes well-being and development.
Huge congratulations to ING Poland, for its commitment to the theme of a neuro-inclusive workplace. This is another organization that not only understands the importance of this topic, but also actively works to build a more open and self-aware society!
